What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free gives you the AI agent, MCP access, and live analytics for one app with a daily usage allowance. Pro removes the daily caps (1,000 messages per month), adds a second app, unlimited team members, Dashboard Studio, automated daily insights, and weekly and monthly AI reports, all with a 14-day free trial.
What counts as an AI message?
Each message you send to the AI agent in the chat interface counts as one message. On Pro, daily automated insights and reports are included at no additional cost and do not count against your message limit.
What happens when I reach my AI message limit?
You'll see a warning as you approach your allowance. On the Free plan, daily allowances reset at midnight UTC and weekly allowances every Monday, or upgrade to Pro to lift them immediately. On Pro, the monthly cap resets on the 1st, or talk to us about an Enterprise allowance. Your dashboard and analytics continue working normally either way.
What if I need more than 2 apps?
