Terms of Service

1. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and use the Service for business purposes.
• Give us accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account, by your team members and with the access tokens you create.
• Workspace owners decide who joins their workspace and what each member can see and do.

2. Connected accounts and your data

When you connect Apple Ads, RevenueCat, Telegram or the SARKit SDK, you authorize us to access those services on your behalf to provide the Service. You confirm you have the right to connect them and to share their data with us.

You keep all rights to your data. You give us permission to host, process and display it only to provide, secure and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your data to train AI models.

If you add SARKit to your app or send us data about your app's users, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so and for telling your users, including in your own privacy policy and App Store privacy details.

Your use of Apple, RevenueCat and other third-party services stays subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, their data or changes to their APIs.

3. AI output and changes to your campaigns

The agent analyzes your data and can propose changes to your Apple Ads campaigns, such as bids, budgets, keywords and negative keywords.

• In the app, a change is made only after a person in your workspace approves it.
• Over MCP, an access token with write scope makes changes immediately, with no separate approval step. Create write tokens only for clients you trust, and revoke them when you no longer need them.

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing analysis and proposed changes before acting on them, and for every change made through your account. Your ad spend is billed by Apple, not by us, and we are not responsible for spend, campaign results or revenue arising from changes you approve or make.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

• The Free plan has the limits shown on our pricing page. We may change Free plan limits at any time.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel first.
• You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If you think you were charged in error, email [email protected].
• Prices exclude taxes unless stated. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change affects your subscription.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• access accounts, apps or data you are not authorized to use;
• break, probe or overload the Service, or get around its security, rate limits or plan limits;
• resell the Service, or copy or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows;
• use the Service to break the law, Apple's or RevenueCat's terms, or the rights of others;
• send us data you have no right to share.

6. Our intellectual property

We own the Service, including its software, design and content, apart from your data. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is in good standing. The SARKit SDK is open source and is licensed under its own license. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

7. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, put the Service or other users at risk, or remain unpaid, and where reasonable we will warn you first. When an account closes, your right to use the Service ends, and we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free, that data from connected services will be complete or current, or that following its recommendations will improve your results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, ad spend or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your data, your connected accounts, your app's collection of its users' data, or your breach of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the effective date, and for significant changes we will give signed-in users at least 14 days' notice by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

12. General

These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under laws that apply to you and that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
